Studio Rental Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Responsibility for Damages

• The renter bears full responsibility for any damage that occurs inside the studio during the booking period, whether to equipment, furniture, decorations, or any studio property.

• In the event of any damage, the renter is obligated to pay the cost of repair or replacement as estimated by the studio management.

2. Adherence to Booking Times

• The renter must arrive at and vacate the studio according to the times specified in the booking.

• Delays in leaving may result in additional charges calculated per hour or part thereof.

• If additional time is needed, prior coordination with management is required and subject to studio availability.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• The client may modify or cancel the booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.

• Cancellations or modifications are not allowed if less than 24 hours remain before the scheduled booking; in such cases, no refund will be issued.

• All payments for late bookings are non-refundable.

4. General

• The studio management reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in the event of a violation of these terms or any inappropriate behavior.

• By using the studio, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and assume full legal responsibility for any violation.
